UBIT implements connectivity to SurfKitchen applications (August 2006)
UBIT has developed and implemented an automated technology enabling it to push content (news, images, ringtones, games or applications) from any of the sites it hosts to handsets embedded clients developed by SurfKitchen. The first project to benefit from this new technology is the SupperClub mobile community where the handset client is updated daily with fresh content from the site. UBIT is thus now able to offer an extra channel to its customers - extra to WEB, WAP, email and SMS - which has been proven to drastically increase the download rate of end users.
UBIT to provide film mini-sites for Optimus (July 2006)
UBIT and Optimus (Portugal) have renewed their collaboration agreement concerning the delivery of movie and comics corner in the Optimus Zone portal. UBIT will provide each month new mini sites about the latest movies and comics including editorial and downloadable contents (images, screensavers, games, truetones and videos) as well as frequent special contests and quizzes where customer can win top prizes.
